Two Supply Chain Students Win Amazon Pitch Competition

(Spring 2020) We are pleased to announce two outstanding Supply Chain Management students, Rameesh Abrego (Junior) and Durham Moten (Junior), won $10K at the HU Empower Amazon Pitch competition for their business, Reversed. Reversed makes returns convenient.


Their goal is to provide the best returns experience to online consumers through innovation, excellent customer service, and end-to-end visibility.


HU EMPOWER presented by Amazon Web Services is the premier entrepreneurship pitch competition for Howard University students. In partnership with the Howard University Marketing Department, this event encourages the entrepreneurial spirit of Howard’s social engineers,

innovators, and creative thinkers. Finalists for this competition will have the opportunity to present their impactful business ideas, and ultimately gain access to funding, mentorship, technology, and other resources.
