Updated: May 5, 2020

(Spring 2019) Howard Supply Chain students wins Cisco's first Supply Chain Operations College Case Competition

We are thrilled to announce that the “Howard University Supply Chain Management Case Competition Team” won Cisco’s first ever supply chain operations college case competition.

The team of four undergraduate students won the case competition that was held at Cisco’s headquarters in Silicon Valley. Our team comprised of Malachia Foard (senior), Grant Edwards (senior), Quentin Lewis (senior) and Rachel Clark (freshman) delivered a fantastic presentation that was well researched, rehearsed, delivered and received.

The team was supported by Professor James Haddow who also accompanied the team to California. Of special note is the competitive field that we were up against--three of the schools that participated are nationally ranked in Gartner’s top ten (Michigan State #4, Arizona State #6 and Georgia Tech #9).

We are extremely proud of our team’s performance, as they represented HU well and brought home the GOLD!
