Howard University is delighted to welcome AT Kearney to our SCM Advisory Board. The company will be represented by Bill Frazier, the Vice President of the Strategic Operations Practice for AT Kearney.

Bill has been incredibly active at Howard University most specifically in the Supply Chain program. He has been the key lead for the wildly successful ATK Student Lab at Howard. He and his team are committed to our program and have been major contributors to our program for several years.

Bill has over 20 years of experience in Management Consulting and Industry. He has helped Fortune 500 global companies achieve outstanding results in the areas of procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, and operations management. Bill is a lead for the firm’s Center of Excellence in Procurement across several categories including facilities management and MRO. He co-leads the firm’s Black@Kearney affinity network developing and impacting diversity programming across the globe.

Bill holds an MBA from NYU Stern Business School, a JD from Catholic University, and a BA from the University of Maryland. He resides in Washington, D.C., and in his free-time enjoys grilling for his wife, family, and friends. We are ecstatic to extend a warm welcome to the AT Kearney team from the Howard University Supply Chain Management Advisory Board. We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship together.
